You will be welcomed to the estate, where you will first learn about the family history that has been passionately driving the farm forward for four generations through constant innovation and reinvention.

Set in the heart of Sicily, a land blessed with an intense light and a dry, breezy climate, the estate features five hectares dedicated to native Western Sicilian varieties, such as Grillo, Catarratto B.L., Moscato Zucco, Carricante, Perricone, and Nerello Mascalese, crafted to produce rich, intense wines.

You will be guided on a walk through the estate's vineyards and olive groves, which home over 800 young and ancient trees featuring typical Belìce Valley varieties like Nocellara and Biancolilla, alongside rare, ancient cultivars such as Giarraffa, Cerasuola, Piddicuddara, and Murtiddara. Immersed in the scents of the countryside, your hosts will share the principles of their biodynamic philosophy and agro-homeopathic protocol.

As one of the very few pioneering farms in Italy and Europe to adopt this innovative method, the estate protects its vines and olive trees while honoring the biological balance of the soil and preserving the nutraceutical properties of the fruit, completely free from invasive chemicals.

Following this deep dive into nature and field work, you will take part in a tasting of local traditional foods alongside the estate's own products. The experience includes a guided selection of six wines, representing all six labels produced by the winery, and a sampling of different cold-extracted extra virgin olive oils (EVO), showcasing the results and qualities of this natural farming approach.
