Traditional lunch, oil and wine tasting

A guided walk through vineyards and centuries-old olive groves to discover a family winery, followed by a lunch with local specialties, flavored olive oil tasting, five wines, and a final tasting directly from the barrel.

The activity begins with an outdoor walk through the estate, moving through the quiet of the orchard and the property's vineyards, before enjoying a relaxing moment under the shade of centuries-old olive trees in the countryside near Agrigento.

The journey continues at the table with a lunch featuring cold dishes of Sicilian cuisine and genuine local specialties. During the meal, in addition to discovering the family history and the anecdotes behind their labels, you will taste five of the winery's wines and have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tasting of the estate's signature flavored olive oils. Afterward, you will move inside the production facility to understand the winemaking stages in detail: a narrative bridging the old concrete maceration tanks built by the grandfather with modern technologies that protect the integrity of the grape. To conclude the visit, you will take part in an exclusive moment in the cellar, tasting the estate's signature red blend directly from the French oak barrel where it rests before bottling.
