Tasting of Sicilian wines

A guided tasting experience with a sommelier to discover the island’s most famous and iconic grape varieties, paired with our estate extra virgin olive oils and local specialties, all overlooking the sea.

You will be welcomed into a magnificent 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by olive trees with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The activity is led by a certified sommelier who will take you on a journey through the island's most celebrated and iconic grape varieties. You will taste 4 selected glasses of wine, including Grillo, Etna Carricante, Cerasuolo di Vittoria, and Nero d'Avola, while diving into the history of the territories and their production methods.

The tasting also includes a sampling of the extra virgin olive oils produced on the estate, accompanied by typical local products designed to enhance the characteristics and aromas of each glass, all while enjoying the tranquility and atmosphere that this place offers.
