Discover one of southwestern Sicily's most captivating and wild stretches of coastline on a performance electric mountain bike. Led by a knowledgeable local guide, this ride seamlessly blends coastal tracks, pristine nature, and unique regional history.

The route departs from the mouth of the Verdura River and heads toward the striking Piana Grande Beach, an expansive, tranquil pebble shoreline framed by turquoise seas. The ride continues through the seaside hamlet of Seccagrande, known for its long gravel promenade, before venturing slightly inland to visit Borgo Bonsignore—a newly restored rural village constructed in the late 1930s as part of Sicily's historical land reclamation efforts. Approaching the borders of the Platani River Nature Reserve, you will take in sweeping coastal views of maritime pine groves and white sea cliffs before completing the loop.
