Where does the tour start? Can a different pickup point be arranged?

The standard departure point for the tour is the Verdura Resort. However, we aim to be highly flexible: upon request, we can arrange an alternative pickup location at a specific hotel or landmark that lies directly along our driving route toward the Eraclea Minoa promontory. Please contact us in advance to confirm the feasibility of your preferred pickup spot.

What exactly will we visit during the excursion?

This tour seamlessly combines archaeology and nature. Along the way aboard the Defender, you will admire the relaxing coastal scenery. Once we arrive, we will visit the archaeological area of the ancient Greek city of Eraclea Minoa, perched panoramically on top of the headland. Afterward, we will head down to explore the wild beauty of Capo Bianco, walking along coastal paths that frame the spectacular white cliffs and hidden coves.

Since the tour involves walking through historical ruins as well as nature trails that are unpaved and exposed to the sun, we highly recommend wearing comfortable clothes, sneakers, a sun hat, and bringing sunscreen.
