Bertolino Soprano — Bianco Sicilia DOC + Sweet and sour "Rinaloro"
Terre del Sommacco — Rosso Sicilia DOC + "Bruciuluni" (Sicilian stuffed meat roll)
Sentiero delle Gerle — Etna Rosso DOC + Busiate pasta with Etna pesto
