Sunset Aperitif

An aperitif at sunset on a countryside terrace with sea views, tasting a selection of Sicilian wines paired with local specialties, olives, and estate-produced EVO oil.

You will be welcomed into the outdoor garden spaces just as the light softens and the sky fills with the shades of evening. The experience is designed to let you experience the countryside in a relaxed atmosphere, where the breeze and the silence accompany the end of the day on a natural terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The aperitivo includes one bottle of selected Sicilian wine for every two people. To accompany your glasses, a selection of regional specialties will be served: homemade bread seasoned with extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate, bruschetta with local patés, olives, Sicilian almonds, and traditional cheeses and cold cuts from the area. A simple and genuine activity, ideal for those wishing to unplug and enjoy the quiet of the countryside.
