You’ll start on the estate's panoramic terrace, an ideal vantage point to admire the expanse of vineyards and the countryside landscape stretching just a short distance from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.

Next, you will move into the shade of an ancient baglio for lunch and tasting. Seated outdoors, you will savor three fine local wines – including typical varieties such as Nero d'Avola, Grillo, and Nerello Mascalese – while discovering the family's winemaking history and traditions.

Each glass is paired with culinary delicacies prepared according to traditional recipes: starting with durum wheat bread and extra virgin olive oil, followed by primo sale cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, homemade caponata, olives, and historical specialties like Sicilian pizza and impanata. Lunch continues with porchetta and concludes with the sweetness of local taralli and almonds. The experience ends inside the production facility with a guided winery tour, where you can discover firsthand the secrets and methods of winemaking and aging.
