Along the way, you will understand the entire production cycle, from the old concrete maceration tanks built by the grandfather to the use of modern technologies designed to preserve the integrity of the grape and the product's quality.

The tour continues outdoors in the countryside near Agrigento, where you will taste three typical local wines paired with traditional snacks such as seasoned Sicilian bread with spices and extra virgin olive oil, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. During the tasting, you will learn about the anecdotes and the origins behind the names of the different labels. To conclude the experience, you can enjoy a free walk through the estate's fields, moving among olive groves, vineyards, and organic almond orchards. During this immersive moment in rural nature, you will also have the opportunity to gather and taste almonds directly from the trees, re-enacting the old peasant custom of cracking them on the spot with a stone.
