Wine tasting with dinner

The activity begins at sunset with a walk through the estate's vineyards, just a short distance from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Along the way, you will listen to stories connected to native Sicilian grape varieties and the secrets of vine cultivation passed down through generations.

Next, you will move into the shade of an ancient baglio illuminated by lanterns for dinner and a tasting under the starry sky. Seated outdoors, you will savor three fine wines, including Nero d'Avola, Grillo, and Nerello Mascalese, each paired with culinary delicacies prepared according to traditional Sicilian recipes. The menu features durum wheat bread with extra virgin olive oil, primo sale cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, homemade caponata, olives, Sicilian pizza, and traditional impanata. Dinner continues with porchetta and local bread, and concludes with the sweetness of local taralli and almonds. The experience ends with an atmospheric nighttime tour inside the production facility to discover firsthand the winery's winemaking and aging processes.
